以2-(苯磺酰基)苯乙酮衍生物为辅助配体、2-苯基吡啶衍生物为主配体,合成得到(dfppy)_2-Ir(PSAP) 、(tfmppy)_2 Ir (PSAP) 、(ftfmppy)_2 Ir (PSAP) 、(dfppy)_2 Ir (TSAP) 、(tfmppy)_2 Ir (TSAP) 、(ftfmppy)_2-Ir(TSAP) 6个铱配合物。6种配合物在CH_2Cl_2中的液体最大发射峰在450 ~ 502 nm之间,固体最大发射峰在482 ~ 503 nm之间,量子效率分别为13. 2% ~ 51. 1%。将配合物的固体粉用于制备以蓝光InGaN为基底的发光二极管,其最大发射波长在507 ~ 543 nm之间,由色坐标得到其发光在蓝绿光和黄绿光区域。其中发光效率最高为基于(ftfmppy)_2 Ir(TSAP)的LED,达到5. 6 lm·W~(-1) ,而基于(dfppy)_2 Ir(PSAP)的LED色坐标为(0. 316,0 . 431) ,发光区域最接近白光。

Using 2-(phenylsulfonyl) acetophenone derivatives as the ancillary ligands, and 2-phenylpyridine derivatives as the main ligands, six iridium complexes (1: (dfppy)<inf>2</inf>Ir(PSAP), 2: (tfmppy)<inf>2</inf>Ir(PSAP), 3: (ftfmppy)<inf>2</inf>Ir(PSAP), 4: (dfppy)<inf>2</inf>Ir(TSAP), 5: (tfmppy)<inf>2</inf>Ir(TSAP), 6: (ftfmppy)<inf>2</inf>Ir(TSAP)) were synthesized, respectively. The complexes show phosphorescence emission maxima from 450 nm to 502 nm in CH<inf>2</inf>Cl<inf>2</inf> solution with the quantum efficiencies from 13.2% to 51.1%, respectively. All the complexes exhibit emissions peaked from 482 nm to 503 nm in solid state, respectively. By using these complexes solid powder as emitters, the light emitting diodes with the blue GaN material as substrate were prepared. The CIE color coordinates are in blue-green and yellow-green regions for the LED based on all the complexes. The maximum light emitting efficiency value for (ftfmppy)<inf>2</inf>Ir(TSAP) based LED is 5.6 lm&bull;W<sup>-1</sup>, and the color of (dfppy)<inf>2</inf>Ir(PSAP) based LED (0.316, 0.431) is almost near-white.<br/> &copy;2018, Science Press.
